Unreasonable Ban Appeal

To whom it may concern,

My friends and I are honest Battlefield 4 players and have no intent or reason to use hacks. We were all banned after a playing an incredible game on your "!! THB #1 HC Dom Limited Snipers !!" server. Please see the battle report below:

We are all friends in real life and we play games on the side for fun. We are known to play a very "squad based" game every time we enter a server. We all typically run the "assault" loadout and revive each other when down. Thus, giving us a tactical advantage over any other player in the server. We all have unbelievable chemistry together and we are of course more than capable of playing as "lone wolves" when needed.

I understand that your server clearly states "If you are suspected of hacking, you are gone. Period.", however, I feel as if this statement is unfair to players like myself and my teammates. We are honest players and we don't use hacks. I don't know how else to prove it. I've seen stats of hackers before, and our stats clearly indicates we are clean.

We are honest, fun, and competitive players and we enjoy playing in your HC DOM servers. We strictly play HC DOM and your server meets all the requirements for that game mode to be played to its fullest extent. This is why I respectively request to be un-banned from your server.

I hope you understand my situation and look forward to playing on your servers again.

I don't understand. Where do I find references that we are not hacking? I don't know any sites that track/show my stats except for bf4stats.com. Perhaps this:

We play on THB, ShortBus, and CMW regularly and only get to play for a couple hours each day. You could say we are somewhat loyal to your servers, as I have noticed in the past, we have helped your server get going when it has been almost empty. The only way I can think of to actually prove our innocents is if you were to spectate our game play and make a valid judgement from there. Sorry, I can't find any other sources.

Please inform me on what to do in this situation as I am sure you have dealt many other cases such as this in the past.

I'm sorry, I don't see a watch list on that link you provided. Also, we have always regularly played in those servers I mentioned earlier and have never been banned. We are just here to have fun and enjoy the game on our leisure time.
