Maybe someone here can help me? I have been trying to get a better hit registration but it seems that I average 75 to 50% difference, I have tested my router and modem and found no major issues, so i'm hoping it is a configuration issue for my modem.

thats alot. Only thing I can do is to take a look at a trace route. why dont you do one to our server and post the results.
